Today in class we covered sections 7-7 and 7-8 in class which covered percents, decimals and fractions and how we can go one from representation of a number to another.

Today in class we worked more with proportions and similar figures and worked on indirect measurement. This is a method that we can use to help us find the measurement of an object that we can't actually measure. We then worked with our partners and tried to some problems together up at the board.

Today in class we worked more on proportions and similar figures. After our warmup the students worked with their partners finding proportions of numerous different similar objects from around the classroom.
